Condesa was engaged by an international corporate events business that was simultaneously developing a related-SaaS platform while seeking additional venture capital financing. At the time of engagement, the Client had active operations in the US, Mexico and Peru.
Despite a very tight timeline until presentations with potential investors, Condesa was able to quickly turn around a robust financial model delineating existing operations alongside scenarios for future SaaS product launches and potential expansion into new countries. Within ten days of engagement, the financial model was complete and the Client was quickly able to understand its financial structure in order to create an effective investor pitch.
Following the initial pitch to venture capital investors, Condesa continued to support the Client by routinely updating the financial model with monthly financial results and new projection scenarios to be discussed with existing and potential investors.
