Andrew Cohen, CFA, CPA

Managing Partner

Andrew has over a decade of global experience in accounting, finance and real estate investment analysis. He advises clients on complex financial modeling and financial planning & analysis engagements as well as serving as Fractional CFO to several clients. Andrew is based in Mexico City, where he oversees Condesa’s global engagements and operations.

Juan Galeano, CPA

Accounting Services

Juan directs accounting engagements for Condesa’s broad base of clients.  With nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and financial consulting across industries and geographies, he has earned global recognition as a thought leader and trusted advisor to several multinational corporations.  Juan is based in Panama City, where he manages Condesa’s vast network of experienced accounting professionals.

Giovanna is responsible for execution and oversight of Condesa’s large portfolio of accounting services clients.  Leveraging over 25 years of industry experience in Director and Partner level roles, she sets herself apart as a reliable leader in client service and project delivery.  Giovanna is based in Panama City, where she manages Condesa’s client engagements and financial operations.

Taxation Services

Jason leads tax engagements for Condesa’s clients operating in the US and internationally. With more than 25 years of international tax experience, he advises companies and individuals to help minimize their worldwide effective tax rates, exposure to US tax penalties, and other potential non-tax costs and issues. Jason is based in Clearwater, Florida and serves clients across all industries and territories.

Strategic Partner

Johan operates a strategic affiliate business, Gryphon Management, providing strategic and management advisory services. He advises clients on a variety of issues including go-to market strategies, finance, operations, sales and marketing transformation. Johan partners with Condesa to deliver finance and accounting capabilities to clients. Johan is based in Chicago and serves a national client base in the US.
