Condesa was engaged by a San Francisco based, venture-backed artificial intelligence startup to provide a transfer pricing study for US tax purposes related to its operations in Taiwan. As the Client had not yet begun any economic activity within its related Taiwanese legal entity, our firm advised the Client to begin with a strategic transfer pricing study to inform all go-forward economic activity.
Condesa was able to quickly understand the Client’s existing operations and financial circumstances in relation to the new Taiwanese entity. Our Firm provided the Client with a draft Transfer Pricing study within three weeks of engagement and then worked with the Client over the following weeks to ensure any necessary follow-up adjustments were made to the report.
